J&W is an excellent, professional, management team! I have rented with them for three years now and the service and communication is impeccable. They take repairs seriously, are highly organized, keep the apartment common spaces and outdoors clean, and are fair and responsive at all moments. I highly recommend them as a landlord! J & W Property are a very professional and responsive property management company. I lived in my apartment on Gano Street for 5 years and have no complaints about their management. My apartment building was quiet and clean, and staff were always very quick to respond to maintenance requests and queries. The apartment itself was very nice (if a bit old, but this is Providence), and reasonably priced. I would recommend J & W property to anyone looking for an apartment in the Wayland Square/College Hill area.

The best landlord I have ever rented from! He gets back to you quickly on any questions, creates a safe environment and goes above and beyond to create a space people want to show up to every day. Property always clean and well kept. I would recommend and plan to rent again once I am back in-person full time for work! Thank you!

I have been with J&W for almost two years and wouldn't rent from anyone else in Providence! They are highly organized, communicative, professional, and empathetic to tenants' questions and concerns beyond simple maintenance requests (to which they respond immediately!). Not only do they quickly address anything you point out, but also maintain regular upkeep of the property as a whole, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and functional environment. I recently signed a renewal of my lease, which means I will be going into my 6th year living with J&W. I have had a consistently great experience with them; they are friendly, communicative, responsive, and have always fixed any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. I often tell others how lucky I feel to have a landlord/property management company that does not take advantage of its tenants and addresses all concerns without issue. I’ve had challenges with other landlords in the past, so I feel all the more fortunate to have had such a wonderful five years with J&W, with more to come.

I did my research before I rented my apartment and J & W Management had wonderful reviews so I decided to leave my own! They have been great from the start. The apartment is in amazing condition and all repairs requested were made immediately. They make all necessary repairs and respond promptly to emails promptly. They are constantly updating and maintaining the property. If I ever needed to move apartments I would only rent from them. Highly Recommend!

I have been a tenant of J&W for 6 years, and have always had a very positive experience. The management team has consistently been responsive and professional, even in challenging situations. The apartments are well maintained and anytime there is a problem I get a response the same day. They have also been very considerate with the rent over the years, not giving us crazy rent hikes every year like some companies. I would highly recommend them as a landlord to anyone seeking a new apartment.
