From the moment I began renting with Real Propert Management, it has been such a hassle.
When I was shown the apt by the owner, I asked if there was a 6 or 12-month lease. He said 12 months I get there to sign my agreement, it was for 14 months. I didn't mind the extra 2 months, but I didn't appreciate the slight of hand and no communication.
On the first day I moved in, the floors were so filthy I had to mop the entire unit. I had to move the appliances and clean and mop behind them.
I have recently moved from said unit and it's been 14 days since. I inquired about my security deposit refund and I was told they have days...OK cool.
Then I get email saying that I will be charge for a cleaning of the unit. Please explain what needs to be cleaned.

Ray cam out and quickly fixed the maintenance issue. He was very polite and friendly. He asked there were any other things that needed to be fixed and he took care of those too. He was in an out within 30 minutes.
