I have been working with Gina for about five years now looking for a place to retire. I finally got to that point and came to look at some properties that she and I talked about. Josh Nieblas was the agent whom picked me up at the hotel spent days with me dropping me off here and there. He bought me lunch and was with me every step of the way with my purchase. Class act and a great company! Wonderful people to work with. I could go months and not talk to them and see something and Gina would pick up the phone and we could talk about it. Josh took me to dinner and to the bar to celebrate with a shot driving me like my personal taxi service. He went above and beyond no matter where I was he would come grab and and take me somewhere I needed. My property closed and I own my slice of Alaska to live a dream that started years ago and I have these phenomenal people to thank for it. Hina Kalugin is by far one of the best and most professional real estate agents I have worked with. She gave us many listings to consider and was able to give us valuable insights into the area. Above all, she was able to work with us mostly over the phone as we weren't able to travel to the state during COVID-19. She organized everything smoothly and facilitated an owner-financing purchase with the local bank. We are very grateful for having worked with her and we will definitely use her again.

Hina helped us so much through our first Alaska land purchase in Homer. We had a lot of questions, and she would always take the time to answer them. If she didn't know the answer, she would give us the number of someone who did know. She helped us through an "untraditional" purchase and closing, and we really couldn't have done it without her.
