Matt was an absolute joy to work with while he helped us navigate our first home purchase. He was clear on everything every step of the way. He always made sure to ask if my wife or I had any questions. He's incredible knowledgeable and responsive. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. My wife and I were about at our wit's end trying to get financing for a home we had found. We had talked to several different companies and they all said they needed us to buy down points or that we should do this or that or the other thing. The process was far from the joyous event it should be.
We found Rodsan Mortgage and Matthew was a font of information and was VERY good at explaining everything to help us make an informed decision. He was understanding and didn't try and make extra money by charging extra for simple things. He lays out and explains his fees so you understand.
There were several times that issues popped up at the last minute and he went above and beyond to help where he could. Amazing customer service and trustworthy beyond reproach!

TL;DR: Talk to Matthew Sanchez if you need a confident, prompt and quality customer service/support for your house loan needs!
