She was approved on the very first day her loan went into underwriting—that’s how well-prepared and organized this team was.

The loan officer, his assistants, and their entire support staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They guided us every step of the way and made what can often be a complicated process feel seamless.

The only challenge we faced was securing homeowners insurance due to the Houston market, but everything else went beautifully.
