We chose Bennett McGrath to be our real estate agent to sell our island property in August, 2013. We wanted an agent who would communicate with us. Bennett assured us that she'd contact us when something was happening and also, if nothing was happening. We were not disappointed. She notified us constantly as to people who looked at our site on the internet and also those who contacted her. The summer of 2014 brought a steady flow of interested people and it sold in June of that year. Even though Bennett was in NM giving birth to her second child, the buyer was in WA, and we were in OR, she maintained almost daily contact with us by phone. I especially appreciated the fact that she notified every potential buyer when another had made an offer. That gave them the opportunity to make a counter offer. She advised us on how to handle each offer.
We were extremely satisfied with Bennett's expertise. Even after the sale, she has responded to our questions almost immediately.
