We recently got mortgage loan from Burx. Burx is simply fantastic to work with. In the initial conversations, he walked me through all the items in the loan estimate document and explained to me the meaning of each item. I shopped around several lenders, but he was able to gave me the lowest rate. He was very responsive and very efficient in every step of the whole process. For example, he ordered the appraisal as soon as he can and had the appraisal finished very quickly. Getting the appraisal earlier helped us greatly in the negotiation. He was so efficient that we got the loan done in about 2 weeks. He communicated very clearly. The loan estimate and closing disclosure were both clear without any hidden fees. He is a trustable person to work with. He would be my go-to person for future loan opportunities.

I really can't recommend Burx enough. Not only did he get up to best available rate when purchasing our home but soon as rates dipped down he contacted us to refinance at that lower rate!
