The first advantage of working with Jamie is that he is knowledgeable and experienced with VA loans. While purchasing a new home this year, my "current" mortgage company at the time kept telling me that I could not do what I needed to do and were instrumental in losing out on a couple homes I wanted to purchase. When I explained my situation to Jamie, he actually knew the VA rules and made it happen for my family. He kept in touch and worked me through all of the issues (I was deployed during the most of the process, returning just in time for the closing.) until I could get my family settled on our new property in the country.
