I have had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the stunning surroundings.

The location is perfect – The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request.

Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway. I look forward to returning in the future!

If it was possible to give this company 0 stars I would. My water heater is acting up again for the second time in two weeks. I reported it via their portal on Tuesday, it’s Thursday and I’ve yet to hear anything regarding what is occurring. York HG won’t answer the phone so I left a message on Wednesday, another today which is Thursday and have yet to hear back. I messaged them through text and yet no response two days in a row. I’ve been calling their number and receive nothing but voicemails which are never returned. They aren’t even going to do anything they just need to make the owner aware of the issue as she fixes it herself but instead they are ignoring me. I don’t understand why being professional and responsive is too much to ask for yet here we are.

I want to give this company a zero star. I applied for their apartment in CampHill. On the first day, the door of the closet is falling off and they spent about 15 days for maintenance. The room is not clean when I move in. I also ask them about who go get into the basement so the UGI technician can look into it. They told me they can only transfer the message to the landlord. The most important is, the room has no Internet Cable Outlet, but they don’t even want to have a look and just tell you to spend 100 dollars on the Xfinity technician. Run away from this company!

Shout out to Kat, Tiffany, Jade, as well as the maintenance team, who are always wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. I don't like interacting with the office unless I absolutely have to, but every time there has been a problem Tiffany and Jade have responded not only very quickly but also worked towards resolving the issue with the kind of professionalism you expect.

Couldn't ask for a bette place to live! The office staff is insanely friendly and the maintenance is very timely when it comes to getting work orders finished! Any of my issues have been met with a sense of professionalism that seems to be pretty lacking when it comes to other properties!

This agency does not know how to return phone calls. My Mother’s condo association uses them and as her POA I have dealings with this company. I am also on another board for an HOA and would never hire this company. Dealing with them is maddening. Terrible customer service.

I loved living here! I recently moved out but I wanted to leave a review for others who may be considering moving here . The staff is all very friendly and was able to help me with everything that I needed. If you are new to the area and looking for a place to stay, I can't recommend here enough!
