What an amazing experience. We worked mostly with Kristi's assistant Kelly and words cannot express how thankful we are. As first time home buyers we were a little lost. She was available at almost anytime to answer questions big or small. Together her and Kristi made what seemed impossible, possible. The knowledge kristi had was unmatched and they worked so hard to make sure we got exactly what we needed to happen to make sure we could purchase our home. They were determined to get it done for us and they went above and beyond! We didn't even think it would be possible but they made it possible and easy! They handled everything on our behalf and made it so seemless and streamline. Making sure we knew what was going on, while at the same time Making sure we didn't stress at all. I am a return customer. Kristi and her team are very helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Recently they were very patient as I worked through title troubles caused 5 years ago when I used a different mortgage lender. I've learned to avoid big mortgage lenders and national title companies. I prefer to stick with local companies that know the local market.

Kristi Olsen is quick, efficient, wonderful with communication, and extremely competitive with rates. She was able to make this complicated process run so smoothly. It was a huge weight off. We ended up closing ahead of schedule. Best choice we could have made, I highly recommend.
