Andy Miller was the best! I'm a first time home owner and have a very busy life as a mom of four and the sole provider, so things can get a bit hectic especially being new to this and not having a clear understanding on some things. My fiance and I are so happy that we chose Andy Miller to be our loan officer for our first home purchase. Purchasing a home, especially for the first time, is an exciting yet stressful time. However, Andy made this process much more exciting than stressful for the two of us. We had little to no knowledge of all the steps that go into purchasing a home, and Andy took the time to teach us what everything meant. Andy is patient, thorough, and very hard working. Andy attended numerous county meetings, and was in contact with our builder on a daily basis to make sure that he and us knew everything that was going on with our new home.
