Becky is amazing, helpful, kind, and absolutely lovely to work with! She made herself available to answer questions at all points of the home buying process and was extra flexible with us. I tried Beckys office . My loan was purchased almost within 3 weeks. Her company tried to make me make a payment after the whole loan was paid off. Not only was she trying to make more from the loan she went as far as to report it as unpaid payment to Uncle Sam.
When a loan is purchased there is no balance or else the title is not clear. Unfortunately this office is not very trustworthy. I would recommend you reach out to Mr Cooper
At least u can be reassured with a great company that has a backbone to justify it's charges.
