Todd was so amazing! I came across his ad on facebook marketplace thinking it could be a Scam but decided to give him a call anyways, he was very genuine and real from the very beginning! I through many curveballs at Todd from knowing what house I wanted to exploring other options to having only myself on the loan to adding my significant other Todd was right there to work though all of it with us. There was a period of time when it seemed like communication was lacking but it was only perception. I was called to have faith and trust that everything would work out 🙏 tomorrow my family and I will be closing on a beautiful home of our dreams with 0% needed at closing just as Todd promised! I truly see Todd as a godsend doing very good work!

From start to finish I had an amazing experience. Everytime that I had a question, Todd and his team were quick to respond. They were very patiant with myself and my girlfriend as this was both our first home buying experience. We just recently refinanced with them and once again, could not ask for a better experience. Extremely disappointed!!!!! We applied with the Todd and his bank and it started out great. We were very clear on our situation and where we stood received a pre approval which was perfect. So we went looking found a house and put in an offer. After going under contract the communications pretty much stopped 2 weeks went by and we couldn’t get much for information then it all fell apart. We were told that they couldn’t do the loan due to my new job which they were told about from the very start. Thank the Lord for my lender whom lead us to the right person and right bank to get the deal done we moved into our house yesterday. Todd was a joke and I was horribly disappointed and quite honestly angered by what he did and the closing costs were outrageous compared to where we actually banked.
