Josey and Michelle of Guild Mortgage were absolutely wonderful to work with on our last investment property! After getting turned down from our ordinarily banker for unknown reasons, we put out applications to a few other lenders to try and be sure we didn’t lose out on our good find. I called Josey at Waterstone to receive an approval for a house. I gave her all the information she ask for and with in 23 minutes, she had called me back. AMAZING. My own bank took 4 days and I had to call them back to see what was going on. Josey, Michelle, and Becky all answered my questions with respect and accuracy, and with a smile. Never once did I feel like I was asking to many questions or dumb questions. I felt very comfortable with all of them and I would HIGHLY recommend the company and Josey, personally. Michelle called me every Tuesday to touch base on how the progress was going and I always looked forward to her calls. I cannot say enough about how easy and simple they made the loan process, and how comfortable I felt with all of them.
