I shopped around a handful lenders and brokers for my mortgage. Jason was very kind and informative during our initial call, and he continued to be helpful even after I decided to move forward with him and his team. I also had an issue with paying my down payment at one point due to my own fault, and Jason was willing to guide me through and tackle the problem together.
Overall, my experience with Jason and his team has been very pleasant. He's promised to communicate with me in the future for a refinance when the rates calm down a bit, so I look forward to continue working with him!

Jason Stampfli got us a home loan when Bank Five Nine failed us! Long story short-- we got a better loan deal in about 2 weeks with Jason compared to Bank Five Nine failing to get us a conventional loan in 3-4 weeks. Jason is extremely diligent and bright. He is a brilliant and kind communicator, always explaining things to us and helping us through the loan process. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! Without him, we would not have our home!
