Scott Lawson with America's Home Loans was really friendly and knowledgable, and simply explained all the different aspects of the process to us. He showed us how the inheritance works under leans and reverse mortgages in great detail. He answered all the questions we had about putting the property in our name and completely handled the process of applying for the home loan and getting it approved to buy out the debt. He handled the entire process of paying out the reverse mortgage with little to no effort on our part. Scott gave us the heads up when buying out the reverse mortgage for a decent rate which was better than the deal we would've taken by someone else. He was readily available to meet with us the whole time and helped with the loan process at every step.
