I first found Van Patten mortgage in 2007. I was needing to take a mortgage out on a property I was looking to inherit. It was the home I grew up in. I needed to pay off other beneficiaries so I could keep the home.

I was having a rough time finding someone who could help me. It was a difficult first loan and I was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen for me. Then the people at Van Patten mortgage stepped in. 😁

After the initial loan I have gone back three different times. Twice for refinancing for a lower interest rate and this last time for a home equity loan to make improvements to the same house I was able to inherit because of their help.

Laurie Maruca is the best loan rep ever. She will fight for you she will do everything in her power to get your loan approved. Laurie and her team went above and way beyond to get our loan thru it was a very difficult loan which Laurie and her team could have said no we aren’t going to do this loan but they didn’t they fought for every inch of this loan. The processor Crystal is fantastic she works so hard to make sure she gets everything that is needed to get your loan approved and Mr. Van Patton the owner of the company worked on our loan also to get it to the finish line.
