Jim was absolutely amazing. He got me an amazing interest rate with sub par credit. He made the process completely stress free and answered any questions I had. I thought home buying was stressful....not with them! They know what they are doing in this business, and make sure to put you on a route that saves you the most money. They even continue to follow up on credit for any future refinancing that will continue to save you money. These people care and take great pride in the satisfaction of their clients, not how much money they can make. I also received a very nice personalized engraved cutting board/serving tray as a thank you gift. These people could of done half the amount of work and effort, and it would still have been considered satisfactory. There is a reason why these people are highly recommended! They really did an amazing magic trick for my less than ideal situation....I can only imagine if I was the "ideal client"

Brandon is the best! His personal service and follow up is second to none! He looked after me through the whole process, and went above and beyond what I would normally expect.
Even after we closed on the loan, he was there to support me when I had more questions. Most companies would have just backed away at that stage, but Brandon is like a good friend that sees it through to the end.
