I ordered my shed in house faith. The local seller assured that if anything was wrong to just let them know and they I willwould take care of it. That only lasted until something went wrong. I ordered the window to be centered on the wall and I did make a mistake and counted the 4 foot porch, however, the window should have started 5 feet from the front corner of the porch. You can clearly see that it does not. Contacted the local dealer who were super nice and helpful and she sent the order form and the picture above. They said it was at the 5 ft mark, it isn’t, and that I could contact the local builder and I could buy one and have the to install an additional window. Firstly, they should correct the obvious mistake at no cost to me. They should make it right. And secondlyI am definitely not spending any money with company that would not honor their policy to begin with. I wold never recommend this company to anyone. There is NO customer service after the sale. The representative was Nathan and he serves at the Alabama headquarters.

I got their shed had a small dent in back when delivered . Showed the driver took pictures but they said ok. But I didn't have any problem. They delivered to my place, The driver was awesome. It's great company to me. Better then Parks that was local. Thank you ideal rentals. Also thank you for understanding.
