Eric was there for me from day one! As a first time home buyer, I talked to many lenders and banks and no one seemed to care about my story or the fact that I might have a different pathway to ownership. Eric was different. I felt looked after from day 1 and he always made himself available. I formed a relationship with Eric early on in my housing process and it was 6 months before I found something I wanted to buy.
