Bill Reynolds is such a pro! I have bought five different houses in my lifetime. All but one of those transactions resulted in a nightmarish mortgage journey because of my being a self-employed writer. Not so with Bill! Bill is a fantastic Mortgage Consultant. He assisted my parents and I in financing a home. We had some workarounds and hoops to jump through (that we created,) but he worked diligently in a time crunch to ensure the best possible outcome for us. I want to praise Bill Reynolds in Winston-Salem, Lynn Choate, and Barbara Boose. It has been a pleasure working with them on a second mortgage.
In 2009, God sent Bill to us. We were trying to buy a house we already lived in. Bill worked with us to find the right mortgage plan at the best rate. At that time he, in my opinion, worked miracles. He and the staff were professional and courteous. They answered questions and responded to calls and emails promptly. The proceedings went smoothly. We've been in the house since then.
We now find ourselves buying a house for our son as our area has no decent rentals. I contacted Bill right off the bat. He has done a wonderful job again. He has kept us up to date on every step. Lynn has contacted us, asking for documentation and letting us know what is going on. Barbara has worked diligently to get us through the process as well. Again, every part of the process was handled courteously, timely and completely.
We are grateful to Fairway and the Winston office for having our best interest at heart and helping us through one of life's most stressful events, twice.
