Getting to work with Chris has been a game-changing stroke of luck for us. He is at the very top of his game and has assembled such a talented team of people. Chris goes above and beyond in educating clients (if they want the extra help) and helped us through every step of the long journey buying our first two properties. Chris and his team are experts, as their business name suggests; but, more than that, they are attentive, thorough, professional, and kind. I needed support to transact a complicated buyout and refinance, and guidance on the advantages and disadvantages of alternative loan structures, including with different co-buyers, buying points, etc. I was buying from two parties who I've been litigating with, so this was a very intense process.

Many brokers would have looked for easier wins than pour their time into my case.
