Kay A Cleland is AWESOME! And I highly recommend her. I scheduled an appointment with Kay on a Sunday morning 9:00 AM and she helped me with my refinance after I’d spent four months with another company trying to wrap up a loan. Kay was able to complete my loan in record time. Her knowledge is impressive and if you provide her with what she needs she responds quickly and gets things done even faster. Everyone I worked with on my loan with Kay said I was “working with the hardest working lady in the business” and they were right. I will not lose Kay’s contact information because when I need to, I will absolutely use her again.
