Did a tour with Vincent today and I must say he’s the best ! I’ve never had a Leasing Consultant go above & beyond as he did today. He’s very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.. from start to finish. He greeted us at the front door and we went over floor plans, we looked at a unit and the amenities & virtual tour videos also. He did a good job going over everything thoroughly. I would recommend these apartments based on my tour today.

It's been over four months since I moved into this community, and while the move-in process wasn’t ideal, Manager Cheery quickly addressed the issues. She was proactive in replacing all the old appliances and managed to complete everything within just two days.

Alex, the maintenance lead, is fantastic—always sincere, friendly, and welcoming in his work.

I chose this property because of Iryana, who stood out during my community tour. She was active, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure I was well-settled. Every request I made was met with honesty and care.

This is a quiet, small community that’s well-maintained, with a great pool, tennis court, and a decent gym. I highly recommend this property!

We have recently moved into this community. Our move in process was very smooth.

Iryna Nikolaenko assisted us all throughout the process and her guidance is very much appreciated. She was very professional and mainly patient to answers all our queries 🙂 and also she explained all the required procedures which made our move in very easy.

Our apartment was very well maintained and was move-in ready on the date of move-in.

After a few months of living here, it’s not what I thought. The people who work in office are amazing, the maintenance team is amazing but the over all MAA itself is okay. There are squirrels in the attic, plus in a few other buildings too, and the company is doing nothing about it. The people in the office are doing everything they can and they’re going off what they’re being told what they can do. You would think the company would do something about it since it can become a health risk and a fire hazard. Also the bathroom floor in one particular area is squishy and I believe there’s a water leak but I’m guessing this company is a “if I can’t see it then I’m not going to worry about it” but other than that, the team here is amazing it’s just those issues.
