Michael Williams, Angie Martin and the Keller Williams team are by far the best in Dalton. They started assisting me long before my house was listed. They were hands on throughout the whole process. They layout a great marketing plan prior to listing then follow it until the house sells. They send weekly updates telling you how your house is doing compared to other listings. Many realty companies list houses but very few are as thorough as Keller Williams team. Look no further if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

The roof on our remodeled home was not installed correctly. I tried to reach the realtor to get the seller's name to inquire if the roof was warranted by the installer. I could not reach him and he never returned my calls. Now we have found that in Georgia smoke detectors are required installed before the house is sold. We have none. I am very disappointed.

called about listing....was told basically would go to highest bidder over the listing price. i submitted offer and was questioned why i wanted for 14 day contingency one month to close...was told i wouldn't get it. then few days later received a message saying last buyer feel through i was next to buy told them i still wanted it..within a couple hours was told it had went under contract and did i want to be put down as next in line to buy in case deal feel through...what kind of business does this? not a good one!

They filled paperwork wrong now the house we bought has a lean. Called twice to information on how to resolve the issue and got no response. Stay away from these people.
