Terrible people! I moved in to my home in 2022 and it was the worst decision of my entire life. My house was falling apart including my floor in my kitchen and my roof in my bedroom. The top of a dead tree fell onto the house before I moved in and damaged the roof and they put a tarp over it, never fixing it also the rest of the tree fell onto my car! I told them about it cause of them having prior knowledge of the tree and all I got was "I'm sorry that happen to you" making me pay over 3000$ in back rent cause I didn't have a car to work( lived in the middle of no where in cohutta). They never came to fix anything when I told them about it, 3 of my electrical outlets caught on fire, holes in the walls, black mold on the wall in guest room and bathroom, also when moving in the house was infested with bedbugs! Worst place to rent from!!! I do not recommend at all! Do not rent place 205 squirrel ave!

they never fix anything when its reported and if you can actually get someone to come out they are not certified. The worst landlord i have ever had. If you are even a day late they come banging on the door damanding money but they cant fix anything. The houses are falling apart and if you buy through them they are way overpriced what they are worth.
