I have rented from this company for years. While they are not perfect, they have been honest and fair. They have worked with my company to meet our needs which has allowed us to grow consistently and efficiently! I am pleased, I have mostly dealt with Lindsey.

Tiffany, the Realtor from Ralston management is one of the most unprofessional Realtors in North, GA. If you are thinking about working with this company or leasing with them, turn around and run! These people have no respect for you or your time, My phone calls were seldomly returned, and I was blown off three times on pre-scheduled appointments they set; on the fourth time I was called 14 minutes before our scheduled meeting to sign our lease and was informed that Susan (the owner) and Tiffany were sick and had been sick for two days, and thought they would let me know 14 minutes before our meeting that they weren't going to make it! This happened four times, finally, we have our meeting to sign a lease on this commercial property, where I was told that she would need a day to write up the lease (she didn't have time that particular day when she was suppose to), and she would email it to me the next day, (this is after we drove to the property again to meet her only to be let down) and we would sign after 3:00 PM the following day; a week and a half later, I have to call her and leave a message, because I never heard back from Susan or Tiffany. Tiffany returned my call the next night at 11:07 PM, and of course like normal people, I’m in bed at this time. We play phone tag for another day, or so, and I finally decide to call and leave a message stating that we are either going to have to move forward, or I will have to find another location, and I immediately receive a call back from Tiffany, in which she says, "I don’t think this is going to work for us!" So after wasting two and a half months of my personal time and my businesses time, my gas, and my family time; and a whole lot of patience on my part, we can’t make a deal, I stepped up to the plate on everything that was asked of me. DO NOT work with this company, if you need more convincing get a hold of me I can prove everything I have stated above. I have no clue how these people are still in business, and are not the kind of people you would like to work with! No matter how good of a property "they" have for lease its not worth dealing with this CRAP!

Old reviews are from when there was different management. Ralston Management has great spaces with prime locations and are very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

i am a family of seven last night we turned around in the bank after having ice cream with the kids ,all of a sudden a van started following us we went to my moms house then he parked with his lights on and sat there ,my mom got in the car went around the block he followed then sat with his lights on as my mom pulled back in it turned out to be their property manager thinking four kids and a mom were suspicious,we called the poliuce and he said it was a misunderstanding really you scare four kids and two women this is the kind of people they higher assholes,were going to the company tomorrow perhaps a lawyer,all we were doing was turning around this is what they hire losers
