So my kids and I moved into our townhouse on June 18, 2021 and we are still here. I just have to say Nina is down to earth and she is just a regular person who has a heart and puts herself in others shoes. I spoke with her for about 2-3 months prior to us moving here from Kingston and she kept her word to me and made sure my kids and I had somewhere to move into. Anytime I've ever needed maintenance and I've emailed her about any problems they have always gotten fixed. Kevin her maintenance guy is awesome 😎 I can't speak for anyone other than my own experience with Nina and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about her or her employees. Her manager Jackie she does inspections every month she is also down to earth type of person. I can easily carry on a conversation with her about whatever. Here it is 3 1/2 years later and I couldn't ask for a better landlord thank you Nina

Horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never fix anything that we ask them too. Always say that they will "take care of it," but never do. However, let the rent be a day late, and they are showing up at your door. Also, regretted to inform us that we could not have pets until we had already moved in, even tho we listed our dog on our application and the approved it without saying one word. Very unprofessional...

I invested an $800 deposit into an apartment devoid of essential amenities: no refrigerator, stove, washer dryer connection, or heating/cooling. Despite this, I made significant improvements without seeking reimbursement, leaving the apartment better than I found it. Yet, enduring weeks of unlivable conditions due to septic issues, I now find myself, like countless others, denied a refund by Nina.

If you’re thinking about renting from these people, DON’T!!!
Nina has had a reputation in this area as being a slumlord and she is the definition of it. As you can see in other reviews she has a reputation of stealing deposits and never refunding them. She has also stolen property of her tenants. So in short, stay away from this property unless you like nasty apartments and your stuff stolen.

26 days ago I informed them of faulty wiring in my apartment. Nothing has been done. I went a month with no heat with a toddler in the apartment, again they were made known, got screenshots to prove it if anyone wants them. Your lease will mean absolutely nothing. Fines say one thing but you’re charged completely different, and half the fines are because your neighbors left trash at the dumpster or whatever so everyone will be punished for it. Amenities in the lease will be taken away even though that’s not how a lease works. Then we talk about the prison like inspections where she feels it’s okay to come in your home and open dresser drawers or look in your toilets. All in all Nina is a the websters dictionary of a slum lord. To whoever is desperate enough to rent from her I’m sorry. Feel free to reach out if you’d like screenshots

Ran by a slum lord. Place is INFESTED with roaches. They have a guy come out and spray once a month but this doesnt solve the problem. Roaches just run from one apartment to the other when he sprays. He recommended to me that when they get bad to "just vacuum them up" Apartment flooded once, they came and put in a pump and ran a hose and electrical cord through my apartment into my bathtub and left it this way for over a month. Had to complain several times before it was fixed. Someone left a dresser by the dumpster, no proof it was even a resident of the apartment that did it (people drop trash and animals here all the time) Slum lord responded by punishing everyone in the complex, threated to take away our amenities over a mass text if someone didn't come forward and "admit" who it was, also fined everyone in the building. This was last straw for me. Broke lease and paid my fine just so I could get the hell away from this awful environment and management.
