My partner and I worked with our leasing Manger Kim, who was absolutely wonderful! Kim was extremely communicative and helpful even during a tough situation when first moving in, helping us tour other units and switching over our lease when our first unit didn’t work out. Not all places are willing to work with you like that after signing a lease and we felt appreciated and welcomed. Our apartment was great while we were there, it had its quirks like most apartments do and we embraced its uniqueness for the time we were there. When maintenance issues did occasionally come up they were handled efficiently. Thanks so much!

I'm sorry to all of you who had a negative experience with GSH Properties. I have enjoyed my beautiful apartment and my relationship with the staff. Even before my application was approved, I knew this was a great company to rent from. Lindy, Ryan and Kim are so personable and very efficient. My maintenance requests are always taken care of within the same day or the day after. The maintenance crew is very respectful, friendly and efficient. Contrary to what someone said regarding entry into their apartment without notice, we are always notified well in advance. we are also notified when the scheduled maintenance date will be changed or when the office will be closed. I hope I will be able to continue my relationship with GSH for years to come. Thank you GSH!!!

I spoke with the company co-owner concerning an apartment. She was very detailed and extremely helpful. If I had a business, I would hire her. I appreciate it when people care about others' situations and are willing to listen and help older people, like me, understand. I don't know her name, but I appreciate her tremendously.

Update: While there were delays in responding to maintenance requests in the past, I've noticed that maintenance staff have recently become more responsive, possibly due to new hires. Aside from maintenance issues, everything else has been satisfactory. There have been some ownership changes, which may have affected communication, but the office staff remains friendly and helpful.

Do not rent from this company took a month to get my fiance and I approved because were moving from out of town was ready to sign the lease and says Ok. Your Pro rate is $97.50 and pro rate pet rent is $7.50. Then you have July rent that will be due at $975 and $75 pet rent. Deposit is $500 and non refundable pet deposit is $200. If you want to pay these fees over the phone with a card there is a 3.5% plus .15 transaction fee that square charges. We can then send over a lease electronically that's over 1,855 both my animals are ESA and covered by the ADA care act it's illegal to charge extra for them spoke to the owner also and she lied to me saying she had a document staying only physical disability counts and will void fees was supposed to send me copy pf said document never received it

I am a convicted felon. I have been out on parole for two years now with problems. Apply, it’s ok. That’s what we were told. We spent 39$ a piece to apply and hear nothing back for almost a week from GHS Properties knowing we were not going to hear anything back because of my background. When you call an agent you can’t leave a message due to a full mailbox. When you finally get in touch with someone at an office they can’t respond, and the woman in charge, “Ryan Hare” ,is not in the office until Friday. How convenient. Has anyone really viewed the properties of GSH? Seems to me they are spending the money in the wrong places.
