Charles and I decided to sell our home of 21+ years and move to a senior living community. We called Chris Hodges, who immediately went to work to list, advertise, show and sell our beloved home. Amazing photographs were taken and beautifully posted on the Madison Realty site. During the process, she recommended exceptional people to help organize the house for moving and an estate sale, as well as a mover when that time came. She found a buyer, but that contract fell through as the person could not sell their home. Soon after, another buyer was found and a contract was signed. Our house closed on February 7. Cheyenne is absolutely AMAZING! She is so easy to work with and she will advocate for you in any circumstances arise where things may not be going to plan.
