I worked with selling agent Kris Kolarich from Southern Classic Realtors. Unfortunately, they wasted nearly two months of my time and ultimately accepted a slightly higher offer from another buyer. They countered my initial offer, which I accepted, but then left it unsigned for months. I was told they were waiting on the bank's management team to sign my offer. They could have denied my offer within a week, which would have been fine.

Please avoid this agency or the agent listed to be working with them unless you want to waste yourt time for them to go and sell the property to someone for little extra money. It is pathetic because 3% commission is so little for them to waste clients time.

Please review the agent's rating in yelp. He is very unprofessional .

I used Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services to buy my condo. I was able to meet several of the agents that work there and every single one of them was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! They treated me like one of their friends, and with the help of Diana Refsland I was able to find the perfect condo near Piedmont Park. Thank You.

I can’t speak for the other agents, but if Dana Link or any of her clients are involved in your deal, lawyer up, get an excellent inspector, and know your rights (and your local code office). Or prepare to be taken for a ride. I had the misfortune of Dana and some of her clients building a spec house adjacent to my home and was put through well over a year of the most spectacularly unethical, inconsiderate, unscrupulous treatment I have ever received. They damaged, encroached upon, and trespassed on my property, and tried their very best to weasel out of correcting or making amends for any of it until legally forced to do so. I had to take everything into my own hands to get any resolution, including shoving their porta potty back onto their property with my own bare hands after being ignored for weeks. The house they built is also of incredibly poor quality build and design, something Dana allegedly prides herself on being involved in. Dana was also rude and hostile to me when I on occasion approached to ask about goings-on on the property during some of her numerous site visits. Myself and my poor new neighbors are still dealing with the fallout of their awful, bottom of the barrel, barely legal work. Dana is not directly responsible for every single instance of mistreatment that happened to me during this project, but she is certainly responsible for choosing the clients she works with, and continues to work with after they demonstrate who they are and what they stand for.

Horrible experience with Phil Daniels. He is lazy, doesn't know the business, and doesn't care.
My previous realtor retired and transferred my rental contract to Phil just before the pandemic. The rental contract stipulated that if i sell, i have to use them as my agent.
A year later prices skyrocketed and i wanted to sell. Phil took six months to even bother to reply and start the process, despite several emails, calls and texts. Then he claimed that "selling is not his specialty". (mind you, i was forced by contract to use them!). Finally he recommended a very high listing price, i ended up selling to the renter at 40% below that just to get Phil out of my life. He never even brought up investing in another property to roll tax obligations. I lost a lot of money and probably a lot of braincells during this process.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT rent a property from these people. Millard is beyond incompetent at his job. He does not respond to any kind of calls, texts, or emails -- just flat out never responds -- about maintenance issues, issues with options to terminate the lease early and pay a fee. He just does not respond. They refuse to help their tenants, and spring surprise fees on you (like CHARGING you to pay your rent online, forcing you to drive to their office to drop off a check). You never get any kind of warning. DO NOT do business with these people. They'll make your life hell.

Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services is by-far one of the best firms in Atlanta. I've had several clients work with them and they get the job done!!! They go the extra mile to get properties ready to sell or rent which drives excellent results! Don't pass the opportunity to work with an honest, friendly, and deal-closing firm.

Darryl Pitts from Atlanta Intown was the perfect agent for me as I was buying my first home. He was very quick to respond, and had excellent advice. The home-buying process ended up going smoother than I ever could have expected. I HIGHLY recommend him as a real estate agent! Also, just an all-around really nice, kind person.

I had to contact the realtor twice inorder to get any update. The realtor said he would let me know asap if he finds anything - it has been almost a month and still no update. I would not recommend this business unfortunately. If a realtor is too busy to get back to you, they should at least have the courtesy to let you know - especially when you're in desperate need of finding a home.

I ended up finding a different real estate company that got back to me within a couple days.
