Touring this property was one of my favorites. I had the pleasure of touring with Teana and she was amazing. She was very detailed when it came to talking about the differences of the many floorplans they have and answered all of the questions that I had. She went out her way to show the floorplans that I was interested in so I can see the differences she discussed and I loved the amenities. Definitely appreciate Teana she made The Morgan one of my top picks!

The only 5 star reviews of this place are from people who toured but haven’t lived here. Lived here for over a year. Building is artificially nice but has all kinds of problems. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Management doesn’t fix anything. Parking garage is always open so people can walk in and break into your cars. Can’t recommend avoiding this place enough.

Moving to The Morgan has been such an amazing experience!!! I love the community and staff! Superb location! Move in was simple and smooth, filled out application, paid fees and got approved the same day! Apartment was ready within a week.

I would give negative stars for the poorly maintained building and double negative stars for the management team, and living here is not worth a dollar. I want to break my lease and move now! Please live elsewhere; do not sign the lease. This place is horrible. It’s disgusting. I can't wait to move out of this hellhole!

This bldg is very poorly maintained. Do not be fooled by the old pictures. Very dirty throughout floors above the lobby. Doors are left open to the outside (huge security issue) the floors are not vacuumed, trash everywhere in the floors, locks on doors are broken from the garage, the only public area that is cleaned is the lobby to fool you. Poor Security and poor management service BEWARE. Our car was broken into and management is useless. I’ll return to post the horribly kept carpet floors leading to the apts.
