Working with John was a great experience, and I would recommend him to anyone, especially those buying their first house! He answered all my questions, connected me with everyone I needed from lenders to tree inspectors, and did everything to make the process go smoothly. Also, when I felt I should pivot my search, and look for something well under my budget, he did not hesitate to adjust. Most of my search and closing took place during the Pandemic lockdown, and I always felt comfortable with John's conscious use of masks and hand sanitizer. Don't go it alone, get John to take you through the house buying process!

John and Drew helped our family out immensely. They are true professionals. Our mom passed away and we needed to sell her home. But to complicate it further, was that her house, the year before her death, had been burned down and was in the process of being re-built when she died. I live out of state, and my brother was left to do most of the heavy lifting in Atlanta. But, thank goodness for John and Drew. They helped pick out appealing finishes, recommended different contractors for the work needed outside of the insurance contractors and walked us through the process. We ended up getting an above asking price offer, and it closed really quickly. They just made the process very easy during a difficult time. I never once had to worry - they were always there to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.
