Communication isn’t this place strongest key.. I been putting in maintenance request to have things fix these people are marking them complete and not even making an attempt to fix anything, March 2025 I’m asking for my leasing paperwork because I knew my lease here was coming to an end thank God as I’m getting ready to move my stuff out and switch my Georgia power they sending me an email saying my lease isn’t over in July I don’t understand why nobody said anything til April 4 when I been asking since March I been emailing them saying I know my 90 days is coming up thinking end of April I will be out of here nobody said anything and still nobody has said ANYTHING it’s been a year and there’s been 3/4 different managements I have a job just like everybody else I don’t have time to be on somebody ass about things that need to be done well its more like half asses things I been here for a year & haven’t been able to open one window in this apartment but I know you guys are going to say open a maintenance report and won’t make an attempt to fix the issue

Hot water doesn’t exist here… maintenance request isn’t going to solve your problem either I have over 6 maintenance requests they mark each and every one of them complete & never made an attempt to fix them.. I can’t open not 1 window in my apartment God forbid there’s a fire my family would have one hell of a lawsuit

Warning!!!! This is not a Joke or Funny in no sort of Way, if you care for you Health pls Reconsider, Let’s go back to my move in date March of 2020, in my guest restroom over the tub there was a bubbly ceiling that was told by me from Isesha, or Aesha that it will be fix before move in, once I get the keys to move it it was not fixed, I kid you guys not I sent email after email and call after call, no one I mean on one didn’t fix it or trued anything to fix the problem even if I asked, they always say we gonna send some one down , no one never came after all the times I will call or send email or even go there, long story short there is mold and black Mildew in my Home, the hole fell on me as I was taking a shower, my whole hallway is wet, my son have a Bad Cough Due to mold and the installation that is showing, (what his Doctor said) today is October 7,2021 and the leaking is worst , now it’s in the dining area , they won’t do nothing about it, my son and I cannot live here like this, and they do not care about our health, the Smell is bad , I buy candles insects, all style of smells good just to keep the smell down, I can only do so much, and the days I’m not able to buy cleaning products are the Worst! We need help !!!! The phone calls don’t work, or emails, or even going into the leasing office, they say the same thing everyone and always forget !!! Doctors proof and Documents that my son was Diagnosed with Asthma!!

A concerned tenant; On September 4th 2024 , we are now under New Management at the Laurel apartments. Both the manager and assistant manager were very patient, and showed concern regarding my question. Nowadays we don't get that much anymore, and we know when someone is genuine, And they were!! Thank You šŸ™

I moved way to Georgia all the way from Orlando fl and when I say I I found these apartments on the internet apply and took a chance Harriett, sindey, William even the maintenance men made sure me and baby was very welcome ,comfortable they did everything to make sure my apartment was ready and updated my apartment is so beautiful I couldn’t thank them enough they was so helpful and is quite and my apartment is amazing me and my baby love it I would recommend anybody to come to the laurel apartments

Terrible Place To Choose as your next place to reside,
1) They Do Not fix Anything
2) a resident next to me had tree roots growing out of her carpet.
before I moved in I I told them which layout I wanted etc, they proceed to show me a run down version with mix match paint jobs, it was horrible. Paint on the carpet, My cabinets were handing on the wall. nothing in the kitchen worked not the faucet, drain, over, oven like, drains, garbage disposal nothing. I was told it would all be first within my first few weeks of staying there and that I would also move units once mine became available. months go by months go by still nothing then its nothing but but the reddest and nastiest attitudes. Then tell every ones business im just moving in sir I can't care about any body else short coming let alone have enough enegy/ and on money on my own to talk bad on anyone. Its always some moving out. They Never Stay Long As in Me Also. Worst Living Situation I Have Ever Had TO Deal With.
