I'm not gunna hide my name like pet Parrish but I can tell you if your on an inhaler and can't walk to smoke but can walk a dog that's an issue. I love living in the forest. Best place I've ever lived most of my neighbors are the best people you could ever ask for. The rent and lights are so reasonable.

Talked with management about repairs March 5, 2024 and potholes on the grounds for the safety of others and the uneven floors in the appointments was told that they would be took care of but still have not. Fell in appointment on October 16, 2024 Cracked my C1 Because of there negligence to address the problems. So I give them a -89 on the scale of looking out for the tenants most have limited mobility and can't manually use their wheelchair to go to it would take them 20 to 30 minutes just to mentally get the wheelchair over there and some are even on inhalers and a and nebulizer machine help us get Carol Morgan out of here because she don't care about none of the tenants

The 3 stars are strictly based on being in a ladies apartment on a few separate occasions. I do however have an answer for those inquiring about property ownership & how to contact them. Unfortunately the company or individual is not listed as a public source on the internet but you may contact the current Tax Commissioner for all up to date information. I did notice that this property updated the information with the commissioner during the month of 10/24 so the information under Google should be accurate. If you can’t find the telephone # on line, call the local tax commissioner’s office that’s listed on line. I hope this helps!

I go to school in Malibu/ LA California for Pre-Law but my dad’s aunt used to live here & my dad still visits her and my uncle is here too. Pretty tight tho but the lady was nice and you can’t judge people.

This place has the most dirtiest Management ever she extremely dirty runs this place like a prison she does a lot of dirty stuff treats ppl like dirt she needs to be fired she had her boss covering for her a lot of ppl doesn’t like her she looks thue ppl bank accounts without them knowing awhole lot of dirty things this woman has no business in management if the company was to get a statement from every tenant out here they be shocked what they have to say about her she targets ppl she wants to go after this woman needs to be fired
