Americapital went above and beyond in assisting us with our refinance. They found our land did not have a clear title and worked diligently to get that resolved. I believe that they took steps to ensure everything was properly taken care of that other companies would have dismissed.

We never had to step foot in their offices. Everything was taken care of via email. It was a very easy and convenient process.

Terrible experience with this company. I worked with this company for at least 2 months trying to close on my house. When I asked if they had a closing date for me, the response was always "we are close". I could never get a direct answer. I was also told, well it's taking longer because of the type of loan it is. It finally dawned on me that americapital funding was just stringing me along so I went to a different mortgage company and closed on my home in 3 weeks.
