ABR Realty Group, LLC, is one of the hardest working Brokerages that I know. All of the Realtors are the most professional, that I have ever experienced. They are very helpful, and will make sure that when you go under contract, that you get to the closing table! Joshua O. McClendon is the Managing Broker and is very helpful in getting you to the right lender, to ensure that your needs are met. I had the absolute WORST experience with ABR Realty agent Loris Pearson and his client in my real estate deal! It was the most unprofessional, unpleasant deal I have ever been apart of! His representation and business dealings are highly questionable! I accepted a contract from his client on my home and it took close to 60 days to get a clear to close due to the questionable paperwork his client submitted. Once we finally got to closing and signed all of the paperwork his client failed to submit his DOWN PAYMENT! We were literally in the attorney’s office, keys on the table, paperwork signed, wire received from the lender and his client produced a potentially fraudulent wire receipt!!!

Loris unresponsiveness, nonchalant, passive, unprofessional stance in this matter was unbelievable!
