My name is Kalvin Maddox a resident here at Pineview Apartments for over 2 years. I have seen managers come and go, but Mrs. Dix the current manager is the best manager we've had. She is very professional and address all service request immediately. Since the new staff is in place I plan to make Pineview my home for the next few years.

Our family has lived in the complex for several years and now has been the greatest since Mrs. Dix. She keeps the community uplifted with her monthly events that allow everyone to get to know each other in a fun safe way. We really like the changes Mrs. Dix and the staff have been making our community better.

Keesha the leasing manager is so professional and caring. My personal experience with her is marvelous. I have renewed my lease twice because of her interaction and concern with the tenant and there issues. I can call with emergency maintenance problems late night or early morning she will return calls and make sure the problem is taken care of. Again the best leasing manager I have ever had in all the years I've been a resident. Keep up the good work Keesha !You are greatly appreciated and during a wonderful job.

Keesha is absolutely amazing. She was friendly and eager to get everything done in a timely manner. The process from start to finish was an easy 3 days and without the communication from Keesha it wouldn't have happened. Mario is an awesome maintenance worker, I have stopped him in passing with a concern and he was back within 15 mins. I have had nothing but good things to say! Excited for my new beginnings at Pineview 🙂

Today is July 28,2023 , I received an automative message at 1pm from Pineview apartments expressing that the water will be turned off in order to conduct some plumbing repairs and now the time is now 9:15pm and we still don't have water. Keesha the property manager of PineView Apartments have neglected the residence for the second time in a roll.
This is the second time in a roll that she has left the community without water.We gave her some much grace the first time it happened but this is the second time!! I don’t know who they hired to do the plumbing and disconnect the water but they never remember to turn it back on.This has happened two consecutive Fridays. We had no way of contacting the property manager(Keesha).Me and some tenants call the cops and the fire department to seek help to restore the water supply.

A good bit of the tenants were upset. They have children that need to take a bath and be fed. I as a tenant who pays his rent on time shouldn’t have to come home from work and have no water. I have never in my life experienced this level of unprofessional behavior.The water was turned back on Saturday July 29, at 4:35pm. We didn't have this problem with the last management team.Most of the tenants don't have the emergency/her contact number to notify management of issues that arise like this one.

The property manager shouldn't have left the premises without first confirming that the water was turned back on. Also we weren't given a 24 hour notice of water disconnection.Nor, did Keesha send out another text or email expressing any updates on when the water will be turned back on.Every apartment complex in Morrow had water except Pineview apartments.Make it make sense.
I have discovered mold and mildew in my apartment .My bathtub has leaked water into my kitchen. There has been at least 4 managers since I have been living here within a year time. They use shade-tree maintenance workers, who perform very poorly when executing repairs.I wouldn’t suggest anyone living here until serious improvement takes place. I pay $1,260.00 per month and this is what it buys me.smh

I recently applied to this complex and Keesha was awesome throughout the process! We applied and were approved in a timely manner! This home would be my family’s first home since being married this year, so this move was very special for us. I am grateful to have made them my first choice! Thank you so so much for EVERYTHING!!! I will definitely be recommending them.

Keisha, the apartment manager with Pineview has been very helpful and professional. She is prompt to address all issues and made the process very easy. She was able to answer all of my questions during the preliminary process. After moving in, the apartment is very spacious and I would recommend Pineview for your next move if needed.

I didn't even know she was a manager how they way she was with assisting me. gave me valuable information on the property. The greatest tour I have been on while looking for a place to call home. I can't wait to move in next month.
