Taylor and Tameka are about the only good thing I will say fieldstone has to offer. I’ve lived in multiple units and both were falling apart. The three bedroom I moved into initially, I loved, however it soon became a nightmare. I had multiple mold issues constantly, someone just came to spray and paint over it every time. I had a mouse issue and had to actually go into the office to get someone to send someone to actually come inside my apartment to get the pest out. The man came once laid down some packets and never returned needles to say to mouse is still there. My car was stolen, multiple car break ins. It’s Gated but the gate is always broken. My house was also shot up in a random shooting that had nothing to do with myself or anyone in my family on July 4th and while yes there are officers that stay on the premises don’t expect much. The courtesy officer never even paid me a courtesy visit to follow up after the police came. Needless to say, I broke my lease however it took me a few months to find somewhere else to go, in the mean the 17 bullet holes and the shattered patios door and 4 bullet holes through one of my bed room windows was never fixed for the 31/2 months it took me to find a new place. Rent was paid so that shouldn’t have been a issue. When I reached out for some type of replacement there was no date given when it would be fixed. My light bill went up $300 a month due to it being summer time and the ac running due to it being 100 degrees outside. Mind you I have a 7 year old and a new born so a hot house is not a option. When I reached out for some type of compensation the Communication from the office then ceased and I was sent a bill for the remainder balance. I would highly not recommend. I have videos but you can’t add those. Those I posted where the day of move out in a week ago.

This is one of the best apartment complexes in Clayton county. The office staff is awesome and the protruding is well maintained. Keep up the good work.

I been here 3 yrs!! No issues whatsoever!! Very spacious, clean and well maintained! Staff is very friendly and helpful.community members are respectful! children/Teens running are well behaved.No car break ins!! The amenities are awesome and I will recommend this place to anyone who looking for a peaceful neighborhood 10 out of 10👌🏽

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Fieldstone Glen Apartments.

Ms. Valerie, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Tamika, Mr. Frank, and the entire team are professional, friendly, helpful and they are extremely easy to communicate with no matter the concern. They are always ready and willing to go beyond to assist me and all their tenants.

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment.

I intend to continue renting from Fieldstone Glen Apartments for the remainder of my years in Georgia, and I strongly recommend their properties to others. I could not be happier!

Very nice quiet apartments the entire staff is amazing they welcomed us they family been here for 4years already especially the maintenance guys Franklin welcome me like family as well. He always say hi. Good morning he made sure everything is straight I remember when I first moved here my car wasn’t running and he gave me a jump for my car. God is amazing. Stay blessed.

I visited Fieldstone earlier this week and spoke with Tamika. It was such a pleasure. She answered every question I had with patience and transparency. Went into great detail about the application process and fees. Made sure to let me know all the things that might give me issues getting approved. By far the best complex I have visited. The property is clean, quiet, the pool was open, and the gate actually works. I was introduced to the Manager Valerie and Assistant Taylor both really nice and encouraged to reach out if I had questions or concerns. I will be applying to make this place my residence.

This is just to show how dark.My car was broken into along with several other cars inside the gate. There are no surveillance, no security or lights. Very dark and unsafe. Law suit waiting to happen. My car was broken into within the hour.

I visited last week and spoke with Taylor. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her during my tour. Loved the apartment, applied that night, moved in a few days later! There were a few small things that needed attention and the team was on it first thing Monday morning. I'm still waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered, but things are going great and Im confident they'll be here ASAP. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. I had to get something out of my car tonight and there was a security officer making rounds in his vehicle. So far, so good, Fieldstone Glen!
