Please DO NOT MOVE here. If I could give it zero stars I would. The walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors TV, people arguing, people playing their music. When I first moved here, my building was peaceful but now it’s a nightmare. I have made several complaints about my neighbors for loud music, excessive noise, arguing, screaming and yet nothing has been done. It continues. All they do is sit in the leasing office and never answer the phone. You literally have to make time, despite working during the day, to go in the office and make a complaint. And when you do, they seem to not care. They will act like they’re concerned and tell you they will get right on it but they will not. The children are out late nights walking through the apartment complex and on the playground smoking, “hugged up” or will be sitting in the stairway smoking. And what’s insane is the leasing office is aware of this but does nothing about. The gate never works. It always broken. No point in having a gate card lol. During the summer time, they have gnats. I am a very clean person and I don’t know where they be coming from. You might see a roach every know and then. Maintenance does a half job. I do not know where they be finding these people. I guess because these apartments are old they just don’t care. Since I been staying here, they have been through at least 3 or 4 times, their entire staff is new in the leasing office. Sometimes you will be woken up by gunshots late at night. I regret renewing my lease here but this will be last year in these apartments. This apartment complex is very ratchet. This is your warning to beware. I asked for a number to reach out to someone in cooperate but of course they don’t know it. As I stated this will be my last year staying over here.

I don’t know what management did but the noise and garbages has left the unit, I’ve had a month of peace so I’ve decided to give an update. I added 2 stars for the improvements on noise and cleanliness level.

Property? Let’s talk about garbage from kids who don’t even reside in the unit….I cannot make this up.
Noise, Neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise levels kids are out from 10 AM to 8 PM then adults from then till four to 5 o’clock in the morning. I spoke to management and the noise decreased for a few days, thanks to them…. however, it’s back to square one.
I don’t know what’s so nice about my window and why not only kids but adults love it so much there. 4am in the morning there’s a fight right in front my window as if the kids playing there all day wasn’t enough…very frustrating.
There is only one maintenance guys and he’s the one taking garbage also.
Pest infestation, still have not been addressed.
In conclusion, it is an embarrassment to invite people over, you don’t get peace and quiet and the luxury of cleanliness is out the picture.

These apartments may not be the most luxurious but they are pretty great for what they are. The location is good. The complex is relatively small, which means less drama and chaos. And while they may be a bit older, the apartments are well kept. Any issue I've ever had, maintenance has always come to fix it, with a little patience. There is a trash issue and the gate issue but it's not much of an inconvenience, as the grounds keeper does what he can to maintain cleanliness. I like living here, for the area and price

Lots of mold busted pipes beware management changes often. And it's a health risk staying here. But they were fair in assisting me with move in costs at a new place.

I gave The Park 5 Stars, so sad to change my rating.
I have lived here for 1 yr. A few months after I moved in, I put my 4yr old's tricycle on the balcony. I was threatened with a $25 fine if did remove it.
This past Wednesday there was an eviction, today is Sunday!
I complained to management about it on Friday and was assured it would be gone by end of day. NOT! So now kids are out playing in it, along with the water that has been running for weeks! This is UNACCEPTABLE! And HAZARDOUS!! And now it smells!
My guest complains about the trash at the entrance making it a one way street. The breezeway is always nasty with trash and is in need of pressure washing. I honestly did not want to write this review but, the health and well being of my family and my neighbors matters.

There’s a peeping armed Tom living amongst the residents of park at Mount Zion . Management refuses to do anything about it nor did they notify the other residents.. The ladies in the office are nice certain things are out of their control so they aren’t to blame !

Please read the reviews everything that is posted here is true!! From maintenance, break ins, broken gates etc!! Everything that looks good ain’t always what it seems. Erin and Glynis don’t care about anything but receiving your rent money!!
Update!!!!
It’s been over a month since the July flood and we are still displaced. No help from the apartments insurance company or leasing office. The apartment is still unlivable but they are charging August rent. They finally put the crazy lady out but now it’s drug dealers and crackheads moving in by the day! Police are called out here daily so you have been warned!!

Warning!!!!!Don’t waste your time or money. It flooded two weeks ago and they still have NOT fixed anything! Tenants are living in hotels because they don’t have any apartments to relocate in BUT yet they have apartments listed on Craigslist available. The staff still wants next month rent and we’re not able to live in the apartment. Red Cross are the only people that has helped the tenants. The whole staff in the office is just a bunch of clowns that want money!!The apartments are in a frequent flooding area so make sure you have renters insurance because they are not going to assist you!!!! They don’t fix anything or care to hear any concerns about break ins or the opposum and snakes that hang out near the gate and on the property. My husband even seen a snake by our door way and took a picture to the office but they didn’t even care.
Just like the next review says about the crazy lady that lives out there for 10 years is true. She’s the neighbor hood drunk named Slim with a terrible son and they won’t get rid of her because of her section 8 voucher. So we payed $955 per month to deal with this mess.

The pool is never open and the fitness room doesn’t exist for the tenants. The gate and the call box is ALWAYS broke and many times we were NOT able to get in or out of the apartments.The maintenance men are always hiding and riding on golf carts all day. Sometimes they pick up trash on the property.Also, everything they advertise is a lie!! Security doesn’t exist they have 24 hour security cameras that supposedly watches everything but they are harassing the tenants for answers. If you have kids the office wants you to keep them inside instead of letting them out to play. The playground (oh what playground) never mind. Absolutely NO sitting outside on your patio or breezeway!!Nothing on your patio or you will get fined for that.Please don’t smoke and drop a cigarette butt the office staff will compare everyone in your building cigarettes to find out who it belongs SERIOUSLY!! I’m writing this review just to let you know up front before you waste your money and time!Because everything that looks too good to be true usually is!!!!

Been trying to get my refund after application being denied because we make too much money to qualify for the apartments, we were told that the refund was going to be process from December of last year and is yet to receive that check. Was told that a check was sent to a previous address in a different state ( still trying to figure out how that make any sense when my current address is in Georgia) any ways was told two weeks ago that a check was being over night to the office and still haven’t received that check. Called last Saturday and was told all checks are locked in a safe in the manager office and he won’t be back until Wednesday of this week and we still haven’t received that check. I need my money back!!! This place is a scam!!! People should stay away from here.
