I love Flats at Mt. Zion they have done an amazing job at providing me the information I needed to relocate to Stockbridge. Somalia is the absolute best she helped me through every process and definitely stayed on top of things and got back to my quickly. Ms.Ashley who assisted as well was so kind and when I came in she was also very informative to other customers as well. She told them of all the amenities available as well as the kid friendly environment. Ms.Karla is awesome as well she was able to view my information and submit it immediately she got back to me about my application and informed me of changes. Thank you Flats at Mt. Zion

I currently live in these apartments . Kids are throwing rocks and breaking car windows, management doesn’t care. Management is always changing, it’s always a new person in the office who doesn’t know what they are doing. I had a water leak , they never credited my water bill. Took 6 months for them to fix my leaking toilet. Stairs are dirty. The maintenance men be outside doing nothing . Gates still dont close , trash be everywhere. Pest control is suppose to come and spray every month , haven’t seen them in 6 months. I call the office , they never answer . I leave messages they don’t call back . Management swears they are always in meetings but don’t be . These apartments are very unprofessional

My apartment has a leak in the roof since last year that’s haven’t been fixed every time my upstairs neighbors take a bath more of the ceiling comes down and water drips everywhere . I’ve complained and complained asked to speak with a manager they say the manager will call back no return call this has been the worse experience ever living here . No one ever answers the phone any time there is an issue it’s like pulling teeth and it really is unfortunate that tenants have to live like this especially when you have small children that use the bathroom and your afraid the roof will fall in .Also there are mushrooms growing out the ceiling and mold pretty much all over .

I feel like these apartments could be a lot better if management will be heavy on the rules or have more rules and hold the residents accountable. Kids running thru the breezeway making my notifications continually going off while I'm sleep. Resident are not taking the dogs to the dog park out here. Resident are working on cars in the parking lot taking up parking spots. We need to have cameras out here. The gate needs to be closed. Apartments need to start running background checks. I feel like management can do a lot better with answering the phone. Let's do more expectations. This is a nice area. Just not too pleased with some things. Just my opinion.

I have a leak in my apartment I put in several request starting back in July it’s SEPTEMBER my water bill was high from this the phones are NEVER ANSWERED TO TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING and no one still have contacted me or tried to fix anything I can’t wait until my lease up to move. The hallways are NASTY, people sit trash in the hallways and it takes days before it is moved and it stink. The property is NOT well kept at all is sad we received several notices that the gates will close still today they open it does not take years to get a gate working. Kids are running around destroying the property throwing rocks can’t wait to leave from here.

As you can see they replied back to several people but have overlooked my comment. I have yet to receive an email or anything from this property/company. There's a bad bad ass water issue. I have a water bill that is over 2,000 dollars. I moved out in February. It is now freaking Sept. They have lied to me and told me someone would reach out, their having a meeting the following week or Ms D would contact me. This is ridiculous. I was charged when I left the apartment $300 dollars when I know damn where my apartment was spotless when we left. I am very upset because this. After speaking with Minol and property staff they confirmed there was a water issue and the bill has yet to be handled. The companyy is trasssssshhhhhhhhhh. I have photos of proof. And ill be uploading them right now. In the photos you will see when i reached out to Minol and they confirmed for me that there's a water issue. In the other photos your able to see how many times I reached out to their goofy ass. This property management is trash. Somebody better reach out to me our Im about to have the news, the city councils and the freaking mayor on this. so many people are going through this issue but y'all when not get away with it with me. I don't have time to wait this bill is getting higher and higher and nobody has said shit about what's going on.Yall have people messed up. I will continue to post until someone reaches out and gets this resolved.

I just stopped here for the comments because my daughter is interested in moving here. I always start with the comments. They may not answer the phone or treat you professionally in the office but the answer reviews. I am on the fence about this property. Looks nice but if the service is not on point then who wants to deal with that, especially when you are spending your hard earned money? What is the waiting list for?
