First off I wouldn't leave any stars. This place needs to be shut down. Listen to the reviews. Run run run. This should be your last result. I moved out of the house I was in @5132 Kingston because it was outdated and run down. Mold infested, plumbing, cheap paint, smoke detector didn't work, house wasn't insulated, vent hood didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, the stove half way worked, some of the burners didn't work, the oven stopped working, cheap carpet. Please make sure the power is on to check everything out. Check appliances, check behind stove and refrigerator to make sure there's no damages.. Check smoke detector, check vent hood, check everything. I mean everything. They got me because the power was not on when I did a walk through and I didn't think I had to move appliances these days but they charged me for a hole behind the stove that had to been there bc I didn't do it.... They charge me for the vent hood that didn't work when I moved in. They charged me for some fire damages in which I repaired but wouldn't of happened had the smoke detector worked. The thing beeps and had new batteries but didn't go off at all so meaning it was trash . They charged me 700 dollars for some water down paint and for mold when the house was infested with mold. Mold was all in the windows and walls and bathroom was covered in it. All they did was paint over it. I learned a valuable lesson do not rent anything if they don't have the decency to have the power on for you to check things out. If you see just a little mold, note it... These people 10/10 knew all these problems occured, they just tackle it on you when you move out.... I will never rent from them again. I admit I got the carpet dirty and there was some spots here and there on the wall but the rest of the charges are false and the amount is insane. I rather live in a hotel for the price they charge for the trash they rent out.

Low income housing. Not much to say otherwise. You pay for what you get. And at under $400 per month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, you'd be hard pressed to find similar.
Yes, the maintenance is kind of hit or miss, but most of the time they show up the same day you put the work order in.
The tennants that have had to wait, either put in the order late or at the start of a weekend.
And that's when they don't have a downright nasty attitude.
Maintenance doesn't want to show up and get belittled for something that in all fairness, is probably the tennants own fault.

I’ve never had any issues at all with this company!! I pay my rent on time and if I have any issues, I put in a work order and they come out the same day!! I don’t understand these bad reviews bc my experience has been nothing but AWESOME!!!

This is the most unprofessional prejudice business to ever rent from.Black African they move you in knowing appliances do not work. Toilets are broken not new they don't have to be new just have to work and they appliances do not work. Have the nerve to tell the residence it might be a chance they will fix your apartment when placing the work order.I don't understand how they manage to have a business licence but you all that have these problems should sue then for unlivable condition. People that are planning to move here don't.

The absolute worst place to rent from. Don't know how to talk to ppl. Good'ol Slumlord don't want to fix anything, but quick to tact on late fees for rent. The one star on is actually by default. How this slumlord can still rent out the some of his apts when they are not up to code. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PEACE AND STATE OF MIND!!!!
