We have been trying to get in contact with someone for going on three weeks to get proper notice to break our lease and how much we need to pay to end it. After multiple phone calls going to voice mail we decided to take the 35 minute drive to the office just to get told by a different property management group that there wasn't anyone from GLM there to help us. It was a quick two minute conversation. Hours later we finally get one test briefly explain how we would need to get out of our lease but when we have asked for specifics on amounts and if our deposit will be credited towards it, no answer from anyone for almost another week and a half. It honestly feels like they are waiting until we can't do anything but stay in our place. Overall just a horrible management group.

I'm a new renter and hopefully I can update my review to a five star review in the future. My two stars are because everyone seems so nice. However, I'm not sure if it's genuine. My apartment has a number of issues. Issues that should've been taken care of before anyone moved in. My place was not ready for move in and if(at the time) I didn't have all my stuff on a Uhaul that had to be back, I wouldn't have moved our stuff in. None of the problems have been fixed yet but hopefully soon. After getting here and seeing all the issues and seeing that the grass isn't even cut, I wonder if I made a mistake.

Management is so friendly and really seems to care about the needs of the tenants. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using GLM for finding a rental.
