He got two stars because he at least answered the phone. After he told me the house I liked was rented last Friday he seemed finished with me. No questions about helping me with something else. I'm sorry he had a bad weekend. He obviously is not into renting houses.

I walked into the office one afternoon to be completely ignored by the two people in what must have been an urgent conversation, as they couldn't even be bothered to say hello or smile. In fact, after having waited in silence a full 3 minutes, the greeting I was rudely given was "We don't have anything to rent you." She didn't even bother to inquire what I was looking for once she deigned to acknowledge my presence.

My roommate and I went up to Dahlonega to find a place for spring 2019. The woman who showed us the available places was really kind. However, the places she showed us were absolutely disgusting. The carpets were stained and torn, the kitchens were nasty, there were holes in the walls, the bathrooms were filthy, and the odors were unbearable. I do NOT recommend them for students. The apartments/houses need a lot of maintenance, work, and DEEP cleaning. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve used this company since my freshman year, will be a senior next year, and haven’t had any problems. Over the years I can recall having a couple of maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly, even if it occurred on the weekend. Houses have always been clean and maintained.

It is impossible to find an apartment to rent in Dahlonega. Everything is for college students or lower-income families. I love it here but unfortunately will have to settle elsewhere.

I’ve sank 200$ into application fees for them to not even call back, even when promised and I’ve left multiple voicemails. This has happened with multiple agents. I don’t recommend.
