Rented a property today. Was a flawless process. They made a fantastic recommendation and I'm a realtor myself, so I know a good one when I see it. You don't get expertise like this unless you've been in business over 40 years. Oh. That's right. THEY HAVE BEEN!!!! They handle your insurance needs too. One stop shopping!

Very rude when I called to clear up and old bill, and hung up in my face after requesting pictures of the condition the rental property was left in the claimed had debree. Im not a rude person was very polite dont understand the reason for such hostility.

Don't rent from these people. They won't do repairs unless you stay on them. I'm disabled and they could care less that I had no ac for over 3 days and then I got ac by buying window units. I had to report a major roof leak twice before they did anything. They only care about money. I'm currently looking to buy and they will not be getting my business. UPDATE: Day 6: Still no ac and I've been blocked from messaging the rental agent after reminding her again I'm disabled and that she obviously doesn't care. Now there's no one to contact incase of a household emergency. This is how little they care. UPDATE: Day 8 and the ac repair people are finally back. All the time the realtor could care less that I am disabled and had no ac. They did not provide window units during this time. Also discovered during this that the fire alarm system doesn't work either. Sure like everything else they don't care.
