Beth was fantastic to work with, anything I did not understand she was there right away to give me an answer at very late hours even. When we decided to go ahead and put an offer in her response and handling of everything was exceptional. With friends that had their closing dates postponed Beth stayed on top of everything and ours happened on time with no issues at all. She really did make the home buying experience a pleasure. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Beth is amazing! We have used her a few times, and each time the process was great. She explains everything, and is very patient with first time homebuyers, or just those with many questions about the mortgage process. We have just used again, when she contacted us to let us know about a rate reduction and helped us to refinance for that lower rate, which we knew nothing about, which is saving us a few hundred dollars a month. Beth was absolutely AMAZING throughout this entire process of home buying. She was always so patient in answering our questions thoroughly and in a timely process, going above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed. I originally contacted Beth on Jan. 20th. She responded on Jan. 28th and while talking about mortgage options she would say, "But that may not be the best thing for you.." but would never give me an answer as to why she would ever say such a thing.
On the 29th she contacted me asking if I do independent contractor work for Select Staffing. I shared with her my last three years of W-2 forms from Select Staffing and explained that an independent contractor would not receive a W-2, they would instead receive a 1099 Form.
Needless to say, Beth must have been super confused as the "Senior" loan officer because she never called me back or responded to my emails again.
