What can I say about Whit and his team They are absolutely fabulous! Sometimes when working with a new mortgage broker, they are great on the first phone call and everything sounds wonderful and they take the application. Then...it changes. That is not the case with Whit. We were doing a double closing - selling one property as a contingency to buy our Tybee home. Anytime I would call or text Whit, he would respond promptly. One thing that I really appreciated working with him was his honesty and being straight-forward. Being self-employed to get a mortgage can also be a hassle, as more documentation is required. With that being said, we were able to get everything accomplished within a month of putting the offer on our home and do a double closing. I have recommended Whit to some of my clients and friends that are looking to buy a new home or rental property and I will continue to do so. Look no further as he is the Real Deal!
