U you let your appointment do not come here please. He’s waiting for too much time for missing appointment 24 hours 12 hours maybe not for sure I am asking for the lady he asked me. I don’t know how long time more I am waiting 14 hours my appointment is 10 am o’clock. I am waiting for 10 pm o’clock night right now I am still waiting. I don’t know what time he is loading. I am pay for late fees $200 too much. I am not come this company back again.

Well I came in at 730pm. Office was open but not for checking in. The guy in office was extremely nice checked too make sure i was at right warehouse and had proper check-in information for the morning. Check-in time was at 730 am. I walked back in with paperwork filled out docked right away. Loading started immediately. It's has over night quite parking. Huge lot for docking. Clean All around. Office staff was very friendly. It's dog friendly PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF RESPECT clean up after your pet. I SAID IT WAS CLEAN Established.
Thank Americold for the peaceful night sleep.

First time here. Overnight parking available. Clean restrooms. Staff are nice. Appointment for 4pm given door 3hrs early. Great place keep up the good work

I arrived about 40 minutes late for the appointment and there was a $205.35 fee.. it took them about 3 and a half hours to get me loaded.. overnight parking is allowed to my knowledge.. there's no scale on property but there's a Quick Trip about 5 miles down Hwy 23 towards Atlanta with a truck scale.. it's $13.50 to weigh.. the employees were polite and professional.. good luck..

I’m just giving this place two stars for the overnight parking they have available and for the nice and polite ladies working up front. I got there 2:30am, appointment was set for 4pm the same day. When to check in at around 10am, I was called for a door at 2:45pm, they started loading truck at 6:30pm, and they got me out at 9pm. You Won’t catch me there again!

Easy in and out. Overnight parking. QT truck stop 3 miles away too. Real bathrooms, tons of room to back into dock. I came early but wasn't loaded til my appointment time. Very quick.

Average place that wants your reefer set lower than their warehouse while they take a few hours to load you. Temps aren't matching on check in paperwork vs the big sign right next to them. -10, says the check in lady.
