I absolutely love living here! The leasing staff is simply amazing. Everyone is friendly professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Mrs.Sharon is The best assistant property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Her warm and positive attitude makes a world of difference. She always greet me and all residents with a smile, Checks in to ensure everything is going well and genuinely cares about the community. If you are looking for a beautiful safe, well managed place to call home. This is it. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

I had a fantastic experience with Nancy B. as my leasing agent. She is always well-dressed and exudes professionalism, which made the process even more enjoyable.
She guided me seamlessly through the application process, ensuring I never felt pressured. I absolutely love my new apt, especially the patio & the built-in desk! I’ve been here for about 2 and a half years since, we’ve gone through about 2-3 different property managers. Over the last year I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sharon! She is an absolute breath of fresh air!! She is a reminder that genuine people still exist. She is the most caring, helpful, patient and empathetic person I’ve come across in a very LONG time. Whatever adversity you’re experiencing she is always there to help with gentle warm loving energy. I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion for others. If it weren’t for her I would’ve been gone a long time ago.

The customer service is top tier. Saturday, I met Nancy and she was very friendly and personable. I was there to view the property and she was the only one there with residents coming in and out. I was pleasantly surprised that she was quick and efficient and I did not feel rushed at all. I found it funny how a resident who stopped by to thank her for something she did told her to handle me so they could talk. Nancy explained how I was there first and she gave her a time to return - that is what I call professionalism. Great job!!

I’ve been here since the end of July 2024. So far it’s nice here. Nancy, the lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing.
She always has a smile on her face and she really takes the time to listen to you. Her energy is good to me. The property is beautiful except for some of the residents that don’t care to pick up their own dog poop. I pick mine up every time I take my dogs out. The apartment does provide poop bags for you to pick up after your dogs. Some people are just too darn lazy to do the right thing. There is a car wash machine on the property but it does not work. I’ve heard through some residents that it has not been working for years. They do keep the landscaping up to par. The maintenance men do an excellent job as well. Yes, I would recommend people to apply for these apartments.

Update to respond to the reply:
I am not in fact a priority which is beyond clear considering I’ve been without heat since the 5th of this month and still don’t even have an ETA on when it will be fixed. I visited my apartment on Saturday and came in to it being 60 degrees(pictures taken to document for Fair Housing AND code enforcement). Your residents being comfortable also is NOT a priority and I can ASSURE you don’t ā€˜understand’ it because I’m sure wherever you pay rent HAS AC AND HEAT AS ITS SUPPOSED TO and if it went out, it wouldn’t take a month to fix. This is gross management and I don’t understand how yall think this half ass reply is going to help. It’s not only me, the BLIND man who lives directly across from me hasn’t had a working stove since he moved in, his refrigerator leaks badly and there is a roach problem in his apartment nobody will address either. Yall are doing your residents wrong and I’m going to take whatever avenue needed to expose this company and get something done about it including going to news stations because a single mother with two daughters having no heat when the wind chill is in the 20’s for multiple weeks will get somebody’s attention I’m sure. And my rent will be sent to you pro rated as well, I refuse to pay full rent for a place that isn’t even offering the most BASIC of amenities. Funny how I can get a response to this review but yet none of my emails or phone calls are ever returned.

I’ve been a resident since March of this year. Getting into the apartment was somewhat of a hassle because my move in date kept getting pushed back, but once moved in I didn’t really have any major issues until 11/5/24.
For a little context, I’m a single mother of 2 young daughters who’s never missed or even been late on a payment here. I’m an easy going resident, get along with my neighbors and staff thus far, which is why I’ve been so surprised by how I’ve been treated in this current situation I’m in.
On 11/5/24, I noticed my AC was not working so I put in a work order and called the maintenance line. On 11/6, I still hadn’t heard anything back and left messages. I finally had time to get into the leasing office on the 8th to request an eta on when it would be diagnosed and fixed and to request a portable ac unit. On the 9th, the unit was brought to my apartment by their maintenance staff. I stayed out of my apartment that night, only to receive a call the next morning stating that there had been a significant leak into the apartment below me due to the portable unit being set up improperly. They came in, dried it up but that was it. I went into the office the next Monday and spoke to someone whom I assume was from corporate who called an HVQC technician to come and diagnose the issue( which should have been done by the property manager before this point but wasn’t), the technician arrived that evening and stated the entire unit was out and needed to be replaced.
At this point(11/19), I’ve been without BASIC amenities for two weeks(no word STILL on when my unit will be replaced), with the temperatures to be in 30’s this weekend, and my apartment has no heat whatsoever and not even a space heater has been offered.
Isaiah, the property manager told me is regional manager refuses to pro rate my rent for the month and so basically I’m expected to pay full rent for an apartment that doesn’t even have heat or ac currently.
Communication from the management has been absolutely non existent unless I take time out of my day to go to the office. Voicemails and emails are left unanswered. Ms. Sharon & Nancy have been as helpful as they can in their positions though.
I DO NOT recommend moving here though.
Outside of this issue, amenities aren’t always accessible. The pool is closed half the summer, the park is closed randomly, etc.

I do not like the way that you can submit payment. The female manager is rude. Very disrespectful to the coworker at the front desk in front of residents. The do not have enough storage closets. They paint over dirt instead of hiring someone to actually clean the apartment. The cabinets in the kitchen already have a finished polished coat. So I don’t know why they decide to paint over it with latex paint that can easily come off. I wiped my cabinets down and all you seen was the latex paint build up on my cloth. Once the paint came off they look brand new. Pool was rarely cleaned and or opened. They state there is 24 hour on site security and that’s a lie. The gated access is always opened will definitely be moving

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy from Alexander at Stonecrest, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and genuine care. She went out of her way to contact me about a unit and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though I ultimately moved onto another residence, I really appreciated her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to work with me. It's clear that she is dedicated to providing excellent service, and I highly recommend working with her! Also, these apartments are NICE!
