I’m going start off by saying these folks scammed us of $100 for application fee. I received a text from Danielle stating she received my application. Next thing you know they claim ppl were kicked out the system which I never heard of so hasn’t my aunt who’s been a property manager over 30 years. I went up to speak to them and ask if Danielle who was refusing to come out her office to see the texts that she had sent. She still refused to come talk and sent the man out to say the property manager would be there the next day @8am. Called called and called no answer. These ppl been saying the same thing since Dec 9, 2024 we’re now in February. They claim to not know but they know and they were giving us the run around. To remind yall this was when they had the 2 months free rent up but took it down at the end of December and of a sudden the app got kicked out the system. These folks are rude and don’t handle things accordingly!

Caution!!! The property manager putting people in knowing that the owner. Not replying to his property. Meaning, no bills getting paid, trash ,lawn services ext. the property manager put fake eviction on peoples door. Then asking for 300 dollars. Lied about the material factors on units )broke air conditioning, plumbing issues, mold etc. ) then you are giving insurance on their property. Meaning you have to get a
separate insurance policy to protect your stuff . Scam by itself when it’s clearly move in ready but house not stable for a roach ! This is a trap ! Only been here 2 months and had to leave!! I bet everyone that made a comment not here lmfao! Cause I never knew the marshal can evict people! I thought it was the sheriff lol but I’m out B if you think I m lying we made the news may 21, 2024 . The leasing agent Danielle Reid walk with a bodyguard lol for stealing! I hate this place with a passion. No one should be forced to live here! I finally got out earlier this yr because I refused to agree to another lease so I paid a higher month to month while applying elsewhere. I couldn’t bring any of my belongings with me when I moved because everything was infested. A roach/rat problem that was ignored for not 1, not 2, not 3 but almost 4 YEARS during my stay. Once a bug crawled in my daughters ear, that was the last straw. They were falling from the ceiling and landing on us in the middle of the night, falling in our food while cooking it. Crawling on us while we slept. It was inhumane! But thanks to the state of ga, these type of landlords get away with this bull. I hope this place catches on fire.

[[ most of my pictures got removed without my permission...if you want them you can give me your email]] I had to leave. My kids and I kept going to the hospital getting sick from mold. I lost my work from home job from the cable wiring and apartment wiring not being well. I had leaks in my apartment. They used paint to cover chips in the bathtub and My car got damaged living here . The Windows could never keep the heat inside during the winter. The unforgiving roaches that take over if you do not keep an orkin pest control guy coming through every month because maintainence can't handle it. Everything.... just evveryyytyhhiinnggg. Then the mailboxes are accessible to anyone so please check your mail constantly. They need to shut this place down, throw a wrecking ball and rebuild. They put wall paper on the kitchen floor..the kitchen had a big hole under the sink... the a.c. vents had mold and was not clean and the shooting was ridiculous . The worst place to go to. I am still upset that I had to let go my furniture and alot of clothes when it came to the mold.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff. Danielle is the best always friendly and gets the job done. Mrs Usher is extremely helpful as well. Maintenance jump on the issues quickly and I love it… The property manager Mrs. Davis is awesome!!!

I want to start off by say Danielle and Michelle was absolutely great. They helped me through the application process because I needed help. They commutated everything to me to help me understand the move in process. Please stop by and ask for Michelle or Danielle they're great people.
